Mindy Jacobs
Mindy Jacobs received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with honors from California State University, Fullerton, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. She manages our temporary personnel services placing finance and accounting personnel with clients who find they need assistance on an interim basis.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jacobs worked for eight years in local government for the cities of La Canada Flintridge and Carlsbad. Her background helps her to place highly qualified professionals with governmental experience in our clients’ temporary positions.

Sherry Harton
Sherry Harton received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from California State University, Fullerton and a Masters Degree in Business from the University of Southern California. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. As Manager of our expanding temporary personnel services division, she places our highly qualified professional staff with clients who find themselves in need of temporary assistance.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Harton worked for almost 20 years in the local government arena for Irvine Ranch Water District and the City of Irvine. Her most recent experience includes managing staff responsible for all accounting, treasury and purchasing operations for the City. Her diverse background helps her understand the needs of our clients in an effort to place our professional, experienced personnel with clients on an interim basis.

Michael Moreland
In the twenty-five years since he established Moreland Temporary Services, Michael Moreland has become a nationally recognized spokesman and active leader in the field of governmental accounting and auditing. He has provided services to nearly twenty-five percent of the cities in California.

Mr. Moreland received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and holds CPA certificates from the State of California and several other states.
